The Little Black Basket: Unique Bread Baskets

This week we're focusing on our favorite bread baskets to dress up your tabletop - our favorites include pieces from our Bouclé and Mediterranean Collections™.

Our Bouclé Collection™ is sure to be a fan favorite for creative bread baskets. Its airy design creates a light and pliable illusion, but this basket is actually very sturdy. Not only does it keep its shape- it can hold all of your favorite rolls with ease. Pass the bread, please!

Looking for a classic Tuscan feel in your venue? The Mediterranean Collection™ epotomizes class and simplicity and will remind guests of the Old Country, no matter how far away they are. Passare il pane, per favore!

Restaurant Classics: Evoking Nostalgia

Restaurant classics are the perfect way to evoke nostalgia in your venue. Two of our favorite nostalgic pieces are our 18 coffee pot and our 714CH straw holder. The 18 is a classic staple in mom and pop breakfast spots everywhere and the 714CH reminds us of the "good ole days" of soda and malt shops. I'd like a vanilla shake and a piece of blueberry pie, please!

Restaurant Classics: The "TableCraft Test"

Having grown up around TableCraft (my father gave me the TableCraft catalog as reading material when I got my tonsils out), I can easily and quickly identify TPC pieces by their design and material. Over the years, my friends have developed something they call a "TableCraft Test" to see if a product is TableCraft. As soon as they see something they think is ours, they hold it up above their head and search for the TPC logo on the bottom. If it's TableCraft, they send me goofy pictures of themselves posed with the item and we all get a kick out of it. Since the start of "The TableCraft Test", I've accumulated more silly pictures of friends with our classic ketchup squeeze bottles and (my favorite item!) our 1074 red basket than all the other items combined, making hot dog places the ultimate place to do "The TableCraft Test". Next time you're in one, try it! If you're feeling daring enough, send us a photo to Jennifer@tablecraft.com and we'll post it to our Facebook!

Tropical Breeze: Adding Excitement With Levels

Acrylic risers are a great way to add excitement to your display because of their added height and styling options. Multiple risers allow you to showcase one element with style or switch it up and showcase many different elements cohesively.

Bonus Styling Tip: Adding a long element (like the bamboo shown above) under the risers adds extra depth and dimension!

Tropical Breeze: Splash of Color

Summer is the perfect time to add a splash of color to your displays. Check out how fresh fruit can add a tropical flair and a perfect pop of color to your presentation. We especially love the bright look of lemon yellow and lime green against our acrylic and glass pieces!

June Trend: Tropical Breeze

These pieces and displays will create the tranquil atmosphere of an island paradise. With inspiration from scenic spots – like those found in the Caribbean, Hawaii, Bali, and Fiji – you’ll almost be able to hear the ocean waves and smell the perfume of exotic flowers in your restaurant or hotel.
